Here is our baby girl Leah, she is only a few seconds old. She was born on the 23rd of October at 2:37 in the afternoon. She weighed 5 pounds 5 ounces and was 18 inches long She was 5 weeks early and you would never have known because she came perfect without any complications.

As soon as she was cleaned up Andrew held her in his arms and she just stared at him with those big beautiful eyes. It made Andrew very emotional.... he is going to kill me for saying that!
We took Leah home on Friday but the pediatrician told us we needed to use this lovely "tanning bed" or bili bed as they really call it. It is to help with the jaundice. It was hard for me because she was supposed to be on it at all times except for feeding and bathing, which was most of the time. Having just brought her home, all I wanted to do was hold her and I couldn't, I just had to sit and look at her on our dining room table.
This was before nursing but it shows how beautiful she is and her pretty blonde hair and big eyes.
This picture shows just how tiny she is. She's like a little bug.
This is her in her premie outfit. Everythig is still a little loose. I especially like the socks, aka leg warmers. :) I think she looks adorable!
