We had a really good Easter weekend! We went down to Salt Lake City to hang out with our family down there. The first day we spent with the Jorgensens and our girls loved hanging out with Maren and Essie.

Then later that night we decided to dye some Easter eggs.
While they were all dying Easter eggs I was busy helping make and cut out these Easter sugar cookies.
On Saturday, in between conference sessions, we had to have our Easter egg hunt indoors due to the bad cold weather.
Then after the afternoon session of conference we celebrated an early birthday party for little Lily.
sorry some of these are sideways
Then we had her "open" her gifts. With four little girls in attendance, Lily had plenty of help!
Whitney got her the cutest little Ice Cream shirt and Skirt. The skirt is super twirly and the shirt has a fun little ice cream cone on it. Thanks Whitney!
My mom got Lily this wonderful little magnet dress up doll set. She likes playing with it if she can get it away from her bigger sister....
My mom also got her this fun spring out fit. I love the bright colors!
Then we had to undress her so that she could devour her birthday cake.
She first just dipped her finger in to test the frosting and then.....
went at it!
This is the cute little dress and bow that Stacy and the kids got her. I love those colors! Sooo cute! Thanks guys!
I didn't get a picture yet but Sara got her the cutest little ruffle blue skirt and two little shirts to go with it. She always gets my girls colors of shirts that I don't usually pick out. It's good to have something other than pink! Thanks to her she evens out the colors in their closet. Thanks Sara!
Finally Easter morning! We had the girls find their Easter baskets first thing. They weren't too hard to find. LIly's was just in the corner under a pillow and Leah's was in the other corner under her blanket. But Leah got the idea better this year. Though.... I don't seem to recall Leah searching for her basket last year.... I wonder why?!?!?
Thanks SLC folk for hosting a wonderful Easter weekend! We were sad to have to come home to even more snowy weather. Thanks again for all of the gifts.

:) looks like a lot of fun! Happy Birthday lily! What were those egg things that were blue and pink looking?
I guess it was SLC's turn for the bad snowy weather. It snowed most of the time while we were up there, but when we got home it was clear skies and no snow to be seen. Anyway, it sounds like you had a great Easter!
Such cute outfits for Lily. Happy Easter and Birthday to Lily. I was with your Mom when she bought the magnet dress up dolls and she knew that Leah would love them too, but she had to get them because of the name on the box.
Hey I know you were sad to come home to snowy weather, but at least you were able to come home to the WALKER's in YOUR home!!! That must have made you happy!
Can we repeat that tea party day, that food looks so good right now. I'd like a cookie too! Your girls are always so adorable. My kids are going to say, Mom, why didn't you ever fix our hair. I will tell them how they would scream. I love how Leah and Lily have on a different outfit in every picture, you would think you all had been here for two weeks to wear all those.
I was excited to see some photos that I had not seen. I love Lily testing out her Easter Goodies from her basket.
First off, I am in love with your blog.
Secondly, your girls are SO cute. I can't believe all that dark hair Lily had when she was a baby.
Thirdly, Random Question...how much did you pay for your vinyl lettering for that height board from your friend? If he has like a business, I might be interested in buying some from him and having you bring it when you come for the parade??? Not a big deal, though. I can totally order some here. It isn't a money thing---so much as I don't know if I want to guess on the size of font, etc.
Fourthly, you are to clever and creative. You kill me. Is everything you do perfect!?
And last but not least, I may just have to request another online craft tutorial from you. (in case you haven't give me enough already. :) THis time: those twirly, curly hair bows.
LOVE YOU--and now I'm done. :)
woops....I meant "too clever"
