Spring and Birthday Time!

The girls, like me when I was a kid, discovered the fun of playing in mud! Oh the rivers I would build in this very same place on the hill down from the cellars. Too fun, messy...but fun!

 

Lily keeps us entertained to say the least, she is always finding a way to make us laugh!

 Speaking of our sweet funny Lily Girl, guess who turned 5 on April 12th? We celebrated with the Schauerhamers and Butikofers first with yummy Hello Kitty Cupcakes. She thought she was pretty special to have everyone paying attention to her for the day!

Back on the farm Grandma Schauerhamer decided it was high time to pull out her Barbie Cake tools and make Lily a very special princess cake.

 

As we cut into the cake we had an unexpected surprise underneath...

Hahahahaha! too funny!
