At this time of Thanksgiving, I couldn't be more thankful for my baby Leah. I am always amazed each time i look at her how precious and beautiful she is. Andrew gave her her baby blessing this morning and I couldn't have asked for a better blessing for my baby. I'm so thankful that everyone was able to be there and see her and give support to Andrew and me. My mom made the beautiful blessing dress. When she first showed me it looked like a doll's dress because it was so small. But, it fits her beautifully and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect dress for a perfect little girl on the perfect day.
The blessing circle was large which was expected given the two families involved. The members were: Great-Grandpa Hawkes, Grandpa Schauerhamer, Uncle Jeremy, Uncle Jason, friend Wes, Uncle Ian, Daddy Andrew, Grandpa Baum, Great Uncles Jim, Dennis, and Josh. I am so thankful for the Priesthood and that I have it in my life and can reap from the blessings it gives. I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the pictures we took from Leah's blessing day.
