Update on our Leah

Well, I noticed that I haven't posted any pictures of our little Leah lately and I thought I would update you on her latest activities.

She enjoys pushing this white laundry basket all over the house, tipping it upside down and then either climbing or sitting on it as you see here. She was way into the U vs. Florida gymnastics meet. Notice how we have had to tape up all of the buttons on our TV so that we can watch something for more than five seconds.
Lately we have had a little spring fever, and about a week ago I really thought Spring had sprung but on Sunday night it got really cold and snowed and I hear it is supposed to snow again tomorrow. Oh well it was fun dressing her in spring outfits while it lasted. Now it is back to long sleeves and sweaters.

She has been getting into everything lately, especially the drawers in the bathroom. Andrew is really good at picking up after her. I have to admit that I'm not because it is getting to the point where just bending over is quite an ordeal.

I love her in white, I think it really compliments her complexion and beautiful blonde hair.
What a happy girl!

She is our angel...... most of the time . :)

If you know Andrew you know that he loves throwing Leah all over the place, this is their newest trick. He just holds her in one hand and she holds on to her legs underneath and to his hands. It's really cute how she holds on so tight and giggles as he balances and acts like he is going to drop her and then pulls her right back up. I have gotten over being worried about him dropping her.
Here she is not so happy, I don't really know why, if only she knew how cute she really was. Do you like her gold Cleopatra shoes? I'm a fan of gold shoes, it's the second pair she's had.
Well, last week was school pictures at Kinderbeets and I picked out her cute little outfit and got her all ready, then I remembered that it was going to be a man that was going to take her pictures and I got really worried. And just as I suspected, she did not like the man and got a little freaked out. As you can tell in her pictures she is on the verge of tears but darnet, she still looks cute! It's scanned in so it's not the best quality but you get the idea.

I love the fact that she is sitting indian style she looks a little more grown up. For the older children they had their legs dangle but for the little ones they just had them sit like this. I kind of wish they would have focused in a little bit more on her since she looks a little small in the picture, but the dog and chicken give a nice touch don't you think? heheh

We love the new pictures. I hope that when you move to Idaho you still post lots of pictures for us. I love the Cleopatra sandals. A girl should always have a little bling in her wardrobe. The chicken is eerily realistic. We were not fooled by the dog however. Leah doesn't do well with strange men?

Okay, reading your post was the first time I got really sad about Leah and you and Andrew leaving.

How cute! She is growing up so fast. And I keep forgetting how blonde her hair is...I remember when my hair was that blonde. :::sigh::: Now it's this drab dark blonde (no it's not dyed, this is my hair color now). I'm trying to decide if I want to go back to being really blonde again...what do you think?

Wanted to leave another comment because, we are hoping that you create another "General Conference Quiz" We had much fun with the quiz from last fall and also we now have cable so we can see all the sessions, except Priesthood, without leaving the comfort of our couches. We are going to be ready for the quiz, so please make one. Pretty please.
