We have been very busy lately. We have had family up for a while, most have come and gone but we still have the Waller family here from California. I love having family around but I realize after they are all gone how tired I am. We had a wonderful couple of weeks.
Sunday, Aug. 9th
Lizzy and Leslie Fuller came from Castle Dale, UT. That day after church Andrew and I were set apart into our callings. Andrew is now the 11 year old scout leader and I am the Webelos scout leader. We are excited to get going!
Monday, Aug. 10th
We went huckelberry picking. Though it's not a good idea to tell where your huckelberry picking spot is I'll tell you since most who read this are family, or live too far away to care OR most importantly, we can never find where we need to go and end up asking or directions. We went to Island Park and turned left on the Green Canyon Road before Last Chance.
Those who have never picked huckelberries before may wonder why you have to pay $70+ for a gallon, well it's because there are few per bush, they are tiny and you have to walk around in this kind of stuff for hours on end. THAT'S WHY!
We stopped on the way home for about ten seconds and gathered these beautiful wild flowers. SHhh don't tell!
When we got home Andrew had planned dinner and so we had hot dogs and homemade root beer. I think he was just planning on making the root beer so he had an excuse to buy dry ice to make dry ice bombs. My dad, Zack, Hernon, and Andrew got into making the bombs and this was the result of their bombing.
Tuesday, Aug. 11th
We kind of had to recuperate from our adventures the previous day so the most exciting thing we did this day was have a delicious and very cute tea party. Those in attendance were, Lizzy, Leslie, Shelley, Morgan, Leah, Lily, G.G. Baum, and a few cats. I took pictures on my mom's camera so I don't have them but I'm sure they will get posted some time soon.
Wednesday, Aug. 12th
Our Anniversary! We went to Jackson Hole WY and walked around the town square, shopped, and ate at the Bar J ranch. It was a good day, my mom watched the girls and by the end of the day we were missing them.'
Thursday, Aug. 13th.
We went to Rexburg to the Splash Park.
After dinner we went to Julie and Julia. It was a great show. Leah got to stay at Grandma Schauerhamer's house with Auntie Em and Joanie. Lily came with us to the movie and slept.

Friday, Aug. 14th
The rest if the family came and with them they brought Leslie's mission call! She has been called to Costa Rica! We are soo happy and excited for you Leslie and can't wait to go through the temple with you and to hear of all of your adventures in Central America! Later that afternoon we all floated Warm River. We had 9 tubes, one raft and 18 people. I think Sara took pictures so you will have to check her blog for those.
Saturday, Aug. 15th
Outdoor games such as Any-Eye-Over (I have no idea how to spell that), Hunter's Bears and Guns, and missionary tag. The afternoon ended with one broken window, one bruised inner thigh, a slightly rolled ankle, and very sore muscles. Indoor games such as, Three on a Couch, and Psychiatrist. Overall a very fun day!
Sunday, Aug. 16th
Zack's farewell talk, which was excellent. The cousins sang "I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go" to the tune of "To the Sky", arranged by Lizzy, Leslie, Me, and Jenny. We had lunch at the community center. Good but sad day because family had to say goodbye to Zack for two years.
Monday, Aug. 17th
Anne Adele, Noah and Becky were able to stay a day later and we fed the fish on Warm River and went to Lower and Upper Mesa Falls.
The following few photos are pictures I took on our walks in the morning. My mom and I have been walking pretty much every morning at 8. We go for a little over four miles. Here's what we see every morning.
The rest of these I will entitle "Farm Fotos".
We love the farm and we are so proud of Zack for choosing to go on a mission. Thanks everyone for coming and spending time with us the past weeks, we love you and look forward to seeing you soon for Leslie's temple trip!

We had such a good time. I love all your pictures. I was so glad that I got to be there for all the events of the week. You kept us very entertained with the activities, games and your daughters. I'm so very excited for Zack to be a missionary. It can be the most wonderful time in a young man's life.
Wow! Lots going on!! And your family is just too cute. I say it all the time--but they are so fun!! You are so lucky! :)
