The girls, Kelsie and I drove down to Salt Lake City yesterday to hang out with the UT clan and to go camping in the canyon. Unfortunately there were no spots left and so we resorted to a picnic table and fire pit but no camping. We were still up the canyon and had all of the families come for a hot dog roast.
Josh, Stacy and their family, John, Rebecca, Arden and Gabe, Whit, Sara, Noah and Becky, and Me and my gals.
Our little picnic area was near a playground which was perfect for the kids.
After dinner and s'mores we went back to Sara's and had a sleepout on her back lawn. Lots of sleeping bags and blankets and of course geo mats.
Who's that in the background?!?!
Let's get a close up of that dirty face...
Before retiring to our beds we played a few games of sardines which were quite amusing considering the lack of places to hide in Sara's yard.
The leftovers from last night's adventures. Sara came in first at 1am due to a deflating air mattress, then Whitney, then Arden and the rest made it until 8 in the morning!
Including our dear sweet Leah Babe!
For breakfast we had french toast, bacon and sausage. It was delicious and plenty of it!
The girls needed a good soak after their dirty evening the night before. We let them alone in the tub which wasn't a very good idea but we were Skyping with my parents in Ethiopia so we kind of forgot. When we went back up we realized that the water had filled so high that Lily was practically floating and not much room left in the tub. Kind of scary but also kind of funny!
Well we are here until tomorrow, then we head down to Castle Dale to visit the folks down there. Hope everyone down there is prepared for a visit from a darn cute one year old and an energetic two year old, oh and me!

Such dirty sweet little girls. I love the bathtub shot. I'm sure that they are excited to see you in Castle Dale. So many fun things to do. I'm sure Lizzie will cook and bake, Tennyson and Banner will want to spend all their time with the babes and Jenny could quilt them a dress or two.
Your new camera works great. Love the pic of the Hulk!
