Kilts and Kittens

My mom brought home some beautiful kilts from Scotland last May and the girls are finally able to wear them. I love them and am excited to have them worn many times this winter, the girls sure are lucky to have them. Thanks Grandma Baum!
(I spy Kitty :)

Doesn't this look like those pictures you can get taken at JC Penny or something. Just made me kind of laugh.

Last Friday we had Zack over to play games and when he went out the door to go home he heard a little meow under the porch. What he found was the fluffiest little black and white kitten. We're not sure where it came from but we decided to keep it and it's a good thing we did because Leah has decided that this is the best thing that has ever happened to her. Lily could kind of care less which is good since there would be more fighting than there already is but she does enjoy holding her every once in a while. We've decided to call her Mittens.

When Mittens is in the house she never really gets the chance to walk or play because Leah either has her in her arms like a baby or taking a ride in the stroller or stuffed in some laundry basket with a towel on top so she doesn't get out. Poor thing, good thing she is a very tame kitten and just goes with it. It's hard for me because I love kittens too and I never get to play with her, so it looks like Leah is definitely my little girl!
