Well, it has been a rough couple of days. It started on Monday night after a really good evening with the Stegelmeiers. We had dinner with them and played some pinochle but as soon as we got home I started feeling really nauseous, needless to say I hate the stomach flu and it hit me so hard that the entire night I was up. The next day I was still pretty sick but mostly just achy but I knew I needed to get out to vote for my main man Mitt Romney so I did but came back home and relaxed the rest of the day until all the votes were coming in. Pretty disappointing, but I found this quote shortly after and decided it was good and comforting.
"It isn’t as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don’t worry. I say that to myself every morning. It will all work out. If you do your best, it will all work out. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. … If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers." - Gordon B. Hinckley
So today I spent my time cleaning, loving on my kidlets and having a good time with the family. That's what my life should be centered on as well as my faith in God.
This morning the girls had Joy School and the letter they were working on was H so we were to have crazy hair. This was as crazy as we got and then I thought the outfits should match the hair. The girls loved it, mostly because I let them wear whatever they wanted to.
Russ and I did a little laundry, took some pictures and just enjoyed a wonderful fall morning, thankful that nobody has caught my nasty stomach flu bug.....yet.

He is looking so fine. Russell has certainly got his families looks. He looks like Lily and Zack. Sorry you had to suffer the woes of stomach flu. Yuck. I have been commenting on your blogs, but nothing is being published. I'll try again.
He is such a beautiful little boy. His eyes are so big. I see your eyes in his. You and Andrew have really good genes for making such striking children.
