Oh, just me and my mom.... :)
Five things I love doing with my Mother:
1. Yes mom, I love picking raspberries with you in July.
2. I love going to church with you and watching you do your calling.
3. I love picking out flowers and seeds to plant in the garden on a summer afternoon.
4. I love learning to cook and bake really delicious meals with you.
5. I even loved learning to play the piano with you! I can only say this after the fact. :)
Five things my Mother has taught me:
1. Mom, you taught me to be a responsible adult.
2. Mom, you have been a great example of a mother and have taught me to be a good mother.
3. Mom, you have taught me that the Gospel and family are the most important things in life.
4. Mom, you have taught me to make some dang good raspberry freezer jam! Thanks!
5. Mom, you have taught me to be adventurous. (Beckler Meadows, Table Rock, bike riding, camping, kayaking, white water rafting, water fights, motherhood)
Five things I will always remember about my Mother:
1. She loves my Dad.
2. She loves the Gospel and her family.
3. She loves to garden and make things beautiful.
4. She is strong willed, can get things done and do a really good job.
5. She made me who I am today.
Mom, remember when....
~We were at a combined YM and YW activity and we were playing softball and all the men and boys yelled, "Move in!" and you smacked that ball so hard it went flying over their heads. That was awesome!~
~We were at Cherry Hill and you hadn't brought a swimming suit but you couldn't resist it and you went down the canyon rapids, clothes and all. That was awesome!~
~We had a huge water fight at the house in the ditch and you were completely ruthless and made me drink a whole mouthful of ditchwater. That wasn't so awesome!~
~We went hiking to Becklar Meadows through the pouring rain and when we finally got to our campsite everything was wet and you said a prayer that we could get a fire started, and we did.. That was awesome!~
Thanks mom, for everything!
I love you!

I have been so busy today, I didn't see the blog until now. thank you for the nice things you said about me. I guess I have dragged you and Zack and Dad and others along on my crazy ride of life. Its good that you have had a good attitude about all that we have done over the years. Some people might hold a grudge about all the misadventures we've had, so it's good that you can see them as fun and a chance to have a great experience. Yes, my raspberry jam is the best! The raspberries make the jam. Thanks for the Mother's day greeting. And Happy mother's Day to you too. We love you. Love Mom
It wasn't even for me but I was crying anyway. Am I pathetic or what. It was very cute and sweet. I probably should have read yours first before I did my blog. You had some really cute ideas
By the way thanks for helping in the garden/yard today.
