Well the olympics are over and I'm sad but Leah and Andrew decided that to make me feel better they would put on their own Olympics just for me.
In weightlifting, Andrew recieved the Gold medal for lifting 9.1 kgs.

Next it is on to Greco Roman wrestling!
She may was almost disqualified because she was not supposed to grab the opponents face. But in the end the judge (me) was on her side. ;)

Then it was time for the rythmic gymnastics routine! They both got extra points for pulling great facial expressions. (click on the picture)
This is a new event this year, it's called Fist Fitting. I don't think I need to explain.
Overall it was a good Olympic experience for Leah. She hopes to be around for 2012 in London.

So on Friday we decided to go camping! We had a perfect spot. It was very big and had plenty of space for us to spread out!
We made delicious dutch oven potatoes and barbeque chicken! It was well worth the clean up.

Well, of course, we all slept in the same tent. I think we all had a pretty good nights rest, except for Sara. She claimed she slept on a boulder and was doing a backbend the entire night..... yeah whatever Sara. :)
Little Miss, slept the whole night! She was zonked after our night of Rambo and Sardines in the woods. Yeah she played it all in Andrew's arms.

Andrew took the kids on a little nature hike while we cleaned up camp. It looks like they had a good time.
We all had a good time and are now in a sort of depression. The olympics are over and school started today. Wow! We have had an AWESOME Summer!

Great pictures of camping. We really did have a great time didn't we. I loved olympic video too. I was a bawlin as well. I saw a video the other night that they had with a different song called What if it all goes right. They showed some sad clips showing defeat and other winning clips. I am a sucker for those kinds of things. Looking forward to hearing about your school adventures.
The picture of Kelsie is one of the funniest I've seen. I like all the camping videos. How's school going?
