No, she hasn't gotten out a pen again, thank goodness. She has been doing a lot of talking lately and making us laugh. The other day I was in the bathroom and Leah came wandering in. She sees me using the potty and she says, "hode on". So she takes off running. Where I'm not quite sure but then I hear little footsteps running through the living room and she yells, "Comeeng". She comes barreling through the door, barely making it with her own little potty in arms. She throws it down and sits on it and is all huffing and puffing. She didn't get her pants down but she did sit on it and goes, "Tinko tinko tinko." I started busting up. She's so funny. I hope you can understand my spelling on her words I just wanted you to get the idea of how she pronounces things. She's such a crack up. The last few days she has been pretty sick though, I can tell that she has a sore throat and that she has so much gunk in her throat that it makes her voice an octave lower and more raspy like Miranda's. Kind of cute but kind of pathetic. I hope that she gets over it soon and we hope that Lily doesn't get it. Leah has also been climbing up our bar stools and getting into things on the counter. I was hoping that that wouldn't happen for a while but sure enough our little monkey has conquered that little task. Now I'm just waiting for the day when she starts jumping off of the counter to get yet another thrill. :) I've decided I need to post more of our little daily "funnies" so that I can remember this time in their little lives.

I love the little stories. Do you realize it was the little stories that kept me laughing my whole mission? I love them. Leah is so cute, and I can't wait to snuggle with her. Christmas is going to be so fun!!The first real Christmas in 2 years. I'm stoked. Plus, finals will finally be over. Joy.
Did you just call my voice pathetic?
Cute story! I love little kid stories. THey are too funny!
Oh, and I've been meaning to tell you: your poor G-ma if she gets shingles every summer! That would stink! I thought once you had it, you were much less likely to get it again. Anyway--I heard from Sky's grandparents that there is actually like a shot you can get so you WON'T get shingles. THey got it (I don't know if it's the type of thing where you get the shot once, and you're good to go or if you have to do it like every year or something) but maybe your grandma should try it. And not have to go through that pain over and over.
Sounds like she is ready to be potty trained. After Christmas I suppose.
I love hearing her little words too!! I love how she says KITTY and LILY!!!!!
