Disneyland Day 2

We knew that we wanted to hit Splash Mountain this morning so Sara and Zack went first and since Splash Mountain is in Critter Country we thought we would hurry and get in line to see our favorite little critters, Tigger, Eeyore, and Pooh Bear.

Leah wasn't so sure about Tigger. Lily walked right up to him.

Then it was Lily's turn to be a little frightened of Eeyore.

But they were both ready to see Pooh.

I'll admit I was very excited to see Pooh, too.
For lunch we decided to go to the Big Thunder BBQ, while waiting for a table we stopped to see their harvest displays, see Jesse from Toy Story 2 and color a few pages.

This was our table at the BBQ. It was very fun, good food (all you can eat) and we happened to have a server who just got baptized to the LDS church in July. She was fun. They didn't display the price, good thing too because we may not have eaten there but after all said and done it was worth it.

So when we were in line for Peter Pan Lily must have heard one of us say something about pirates, anyway out of nowhere she does this with her arm and says, "ARRRR!" So after that point we had her do it over and over and over! Soo funny! I still can't get enough of it.

After lunch Sara and I ran off to use up our Fast Pass for the new Star Tours. Here is Sara showing off her awesome 3D glasses.

The cool thing about the new Star Tours is that each time you do the ride the 3D show is different! Unfortunately we were unable to ride it again because the Fast Passes were either out or the wait in the standby was around 80 minutes. Did I mention that about half the population of Utah was at Disneyland this weekend? Well they were.

Rindercella's Mugly Other and her two Sad Blisters....I mean....:)

Incredibles!

A fun ride on the bumper car ride. Obviously Zack and I were having a good time!

Lightning McQueen

Phineus and Ferb, some show that we didn't stay to watch. Instead we went to Ariel's Underwater Adventure.

The World of Color. Now that is a great show! It made me a bit emotional thinking of all the fun Disney movies they highlighted. The Pirate's of the Caribbean let off a lot of heat from these flames.

This was a long day but totally worth the sore feet and sore backs, of which I got after holding Lily up to see the World of Color. Good thing our Hotel had a hot tub!

Who knew that the girls would be so shy around those big hairy critters. I need to go get me some of that BBQ.
